KEVIN CROWLEY JOINS THE COACHING STAFF
The New Westminster Junior Salmonbellies are excited to announce that Kevin Crowley will be joining the coaching staff of the Junior A Bellies. Kevin will be taking over as the offense coach of a young New West team, joining Hall of Famers Russ Heard and Andy Ogilvie behind the bench.
Kevin is the only player to be drafted 1st overall in the MLL, NLL and WLA Entry Drafts. Kevin is a New Westminster, BC native, played five years of Junior ‘A’ for the Bellies and has been dominant at every level lacrosse has to offer. He currently plays in the NLL with the San Diego Seals, the WLA with the New Westminster Salmonbellies, and is on Canada’s Men’s National Team coaching staff. Kevin attended Division 1 Stony Brook University where he holds the record for most points in school history, was a two-time first team All-American, D1 Midfielder of the Year, D1 Player of the Year, and Teewaraton nominee. Kevin has played for Team Canada's Mens National Field Team 3 times (2010, 2014, 2018), and led Team Canada to a World Championship victory in 2014, scoring 5 of the first 6 goals in the Gold Medal game. He was also captain of Team Canada in the 2018 World Games in Israel.
