'Bellies Move to 5 - 0

The 'Bellies won their 5th straight game to start the 2014 season Tuesday. Led by Mr Mikes Offensive Player of the Game, rookie Adam Dickson, the Salmonbellies throttled the Port Coquitlam Saints 19-7. Defensive Player of the Game went to rookie Mitch MacAulay, a strong defensive player from Mission. "Standout" player of the game easily went to Quinn Mackay who was a force on both the defensive and offensive ends of the floor. Nice to have "Cool hand Luke" Gillespie back in the lineup tonight, running in tandem with brother Jesse. Also making his debut in a Salmonbellie uniform tonight was UMass standout Aaron Madaisky. After being away from the box version of the game for a number of years, Aaron may have been the biggest surprise of the game for his tenacious defense and ability to run the floor.
