Back On The Winning Track

The 'Bellies got back on the winning track Tuesday night defeating the Burnaby Lakers 16-8. The Bellies dominated the game from the outset and held a 78-39 shot advantage over the Lakers, but struggled to score during the opening frame and went into the first intermission down 5-3. Mr Mikes Offensive Player of the Game, Jeremy Bosher, opened the flood gates early in the 2nd period, enroute to a six goal period. Our Mr Mikes Defensive Player of the Game went to Steve Ferdinandi for his hard-nosed play. Up next for the Jr Bellies is Coquitlam, Tuesday, May 27 at QPA.
